I am a 28-year-old journalist based in Toronto, Canada, though I love travel.
Current interests are business, science, and Israel/Palestine.
I freelance for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. I have produced for the Lang and O’Leary Exchange, a national business television program. And with CBC Radio’s As It Happens, producing interviews with guests from all over the world, from Egypt to Norway, and on topics ranging from the Arab Spring to the science of belly fat. Last summer, I was lucky enough to be awarded CBC’s Joan Donaldson Scholarship.
In another life, I was the director of Yalla Journal, a non-profit project that fostered dialogue between young Canadian Jews and Arabs.
Also, check out my recent feature on Eritrean and Sudanese migrants in Israel in Tablet Magazine.
